Metrics

Evviva Brands' unique risk-sharing model* is based on our belief that brand impact is not only measurable, but quantifiable.

At the start of our engagement we'll use a proprietary blend of your data and external data to develop a detailed balanced picture of how your brand's doing and a roll-up Brand Scorecard showing your brand's health at a glance.

We'll use this scorecard to measure the impact - and the value - of our work.

How? Our process allows us to demonstrate the correlation - and with the right data, causation - between employer brand work, key attitudinal indices (from employee satisfaction surveys), and personnel costs. While the Brand Scorecard will not seek to quantify externalities it will demonstrate tangible impact and quantify the impact it demonstrates. Put simply, we will demonstrate brand equity and brand value in tangible, not hypothetical, terms.

We utilize Fred Reichheld's groundbreaking research to value employer brand equity on the basis of data already collected through referral programs, attitudinal surveys, "secret shopper" data, and other data specific to your organization.

*Prefer project-based fees? That's fine, too.
