Sarah Lenton - Head of Strategic Partnerships
Sarah LentonSarah Lenton serves as Evviva Brands' Head of Strategic Partnerships. Sarah acts as a central conduit, supporting the Evviva team and clients to define assignment parameters, success criteria, and meet or exceed our agreed goals.
With more than ten years advertising experience, Sarah has successfully managed relationships with clients large and small in both the public and commercial sectors, across corporate functions and international borders. Sarah has based her career on a fundamental belief in building lasting working partnerships, and brings to Evviva a strong focus on establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships.
Sarah is an experienced and confident relationship holder skilled in all aspects of relationship management, including contractual negotation, managing expectations, controlling budgets, maximising value and working to deadline. Having worked across public and commercial sectors, Sarah has experience of the complex workforce challenges associated with the NHS; high volume end-to-end campaigns for the retail sector--providing a complete solution to clients from advertising to response management and candidate assessment; as well as bespoke creative campaigns for single, senior level appointments.
Managing projects with acute public and political sensitivity has been a regular part of Sarah's career. She has completed assignments tackling issues as varied as ethnic diversity, airport security in the wake of terrorism, and addressing gender inbalance in the engineering field. Sarah also has considerable experience of web builds, digital and social media, graduate campaigns, employee referral programs and corporate videos, as well as traditional print and press solutions. Sarah's recent focus has been on large scale employer brand projects and internal communication strategies.
After reading Classics and History at St. Mary's University College, Sarah began her career at a niche, independent advertising agency. With a client base exclusively comprising recruitment consultancies and head hunters, she became expert at managing relationships and assignments in a deadline driven, cost sensitive environment. To widen and deepen her experience Sarah began working at a specialist London agency, with a focus on NHS trusts. Taking a step up into relationship management at a larger agency, Sarah broadened her experience with clients from the financial, I.T and Retail sectors. And in joining part of the Omnicom group, she added to her portfolio with clients from the aviation, broadcasting, transport, oil and gas, and betting and gaming industries.
Sarah was head hunted to take up a senior role leading a single account - a major utilities provider, running the agency team with responsibility for P&L and working with both the UK and corporate headquarters in Germany.
Sarah lives in London with her partner Steven and their four month old son Arthur.
